Dr. Varda was raised in North Vancouver, attending Plymouth Elementary and Windsor Secondary. Coming from a family experienced in the dental profession, he set his sights on his career aspiration attending the University of British Columbia on scholarship. Having earned a Bachelor's of Sciences (B. Sc.) in Biology, he went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.).

Dr. Varda's goal is to provide his community with high quality oral health care through a gentle approach, open communication, and the most current dental techniques. He takes patient care very seriously and enjoys all aspects of dentistry.

Dr. Varda has been happily married to his wife Claret since 2006. They enjoy living an active, balanced lifestyle with various interests including music, travel, and cooking. They have recently taken up sailing and are often seen on the waters of False Creek and English Bay.
